Fitted carpet is fixed to the floor. You cannot roll it up, throw it in a van and wash it in a workshop. It needs on-site treatment with professional injection-extraction equipment. That is what we do.
Unlike a rug you can shake out or take to be washed, fitted carpet is glued to the floor. Every day it absorbs dust, mites, shoe residue, pet hair and spills that seep down to the backing. Vacuuming only cleans the surface. Over time, the carpet darkens, smells, and becomes a reservoir of allergens.
Not every carpet needs professional cleaning every month. But there are clear signs it is time.
On-site process, nothing ripped up, fast drying.
We vacuum with industrial equipment to remove all loose dirt. Then we pre-treat stains and heavily soiled areas. This breaks down grease and embedded dirt before the main cleaning.
We inject hot water with cleaning solution under pressure and extract it immediately along with the dissolved dirt. This method cleans deep without soaking the carpet. The backing is left barely damp.
We set up forced ventilation to speed up drying. In most cases, the carpet is walkable in 2-4 hours and fully dry in 6-8. We check the result and treat any spots that need extra attention.
Old stains set in over years can improve significantly, but some will not disappear 100%. High-traffic areas with visible wear will still have flattened fibers after cleaning — cleaning does not regenerate worn fibers. And if the carpet is 15-20 years old and heavily deteriorated, sometimes the best recommendation is to replace it. We tell you before we start.
