You search "sofa cleaning price" and find figures from 50 to 200 euros. The range is so wide it tells you nothing. The reason: a two-seater microfibre sofa with a coffee stain does not cost the same as a velvet chaise longue with years of use, three cats, and food stains.

We never start without your approval of the final price. If it does not work for you, there is no charge. Simple as that.

Why we do not publish fixed prices

We could write "from X euros" like other websites. But that "from" is never the real price. It means the cheapest possible case: a small sofa, a light stain, easy fabric. Most sofas do not fit that case. We prefer to give you a quote based on YOUR sofa, with real photos, in under 24 hours. It is more work for us, but more honest for you.

There is no single rate because these factors change from sofa to sofa. Publishing a fixed price would mean misleading you or giving a number so generic it is useless:

Number of seats or modules (a 2-seater does not cost the same as a 4-seater)
Fabric type: microfibre, cotton, linen, velvet, leather, faux leather
Quantity, type, and age of stains
Presence of absorbed odours (pet, smoke, damp)
Whether it needs stain protection or waterproofing treatment
Overall sofa condition and whether it has been professionally cleaned before
Location and accessibility (floor without lift, distance)

How your sofa type affects the price

Not all sofas cost the same to clean. These are the main variables.

Standard fabric sofa

Microfibre, cotton, polyester. The most common and best responders to injection-extraction cleaning. Usually the most affordable to clean.

Leather or faux leather sofa

Requires products specific to leather or synthetic materials. Includes cleaning, conditioning, and protection. Takes less time but uses more expensive products.

Velvet or linen sofa

Delicate fabrics that need more care. Velvet can mark if treated incorrectly. Linen shrinks with excess water. We adjust the method.

Chaise longue and corner sofa

More surface area, more time. A chaise longue can equal a 3-4 seater sofa in working time.

Sofa bed

Beyond the upholstery, the inner mattress often needs cleaning too. Quoted separately.

Armchairs and accent chairs

Individual pieces that can be combined with the sofa in the same visit. Per-piece price drops when you clean multiple items at once.

How much does it cost to clean a 3-seater sofa, roughly?
It depends on the fabric, stains, and overall condition. We do not give generic ranges because they are not useful. Send us photos and within 24 hours you get a real price for your specific sofa.
Is the quote free?
Yes. You send us photos and a description of the sofa, and we respond with a no-obligation estimate. If something changes when we arrive, we let you know before starting.
Is it cheaper to clean multiple pieces at once?
Yes. If you use the same visit for sofa, armchairs, and mattresses, the per-piece price drops because travel and setup costs are shared across all items.
Does the price include stain protection?
Not by default. Stain protection is an additional service we especially recommend if you have children or pets. We quote it separately so you can decide.
Is it worth cleaning an old sofa or better to buy a new one?
If the frame is solid and the problem is stains or odours, cleaning is much cheaper than buying new. If the padding is collapsed or the fabric is falling apart, cleaning will not fix that. We give you our honest opinion.
How much does it cost to clean a leather sofa?
Leather sofas use different products and a different process. It is not necessarily more expensive, but the quote depends on the leather condition, whether it is cracked, if it has ink stains, etc. Send us photos and we will tell you.
