Do we have to close the hotel?
No. We work floor by floor or in blocks of rooms you block in your booking system. Public areas we do at night or in the quietest hours, so guests barely notice.
What does a room deep clean include?
Ceilings, walls and skirting, behind and under the furniture, headboard, inside the wardrobes, windows and frames, the full bathroom with descaling and grout, and the mattress, curtains and carpet or floor. We send you the exact list with the quote.
Can you do just the floors or the marble?
Yes. Many hotels book a single part: the corridor carpet, the hard floors or the marble in the lobby. We clean marble and natural stone and polish or crystallise it so the shine comes back. Just pick what needs doing in the form.
When is the best time to plan it?
In your low season, before the season opens or right after a refurbishment. Many hotels do it once or twice a year and spread the floors over several weeks.
Do you work on a contract or per job?
Both. You can book a one-off deep clean or a yearly plan with fixed dates per floor. Either way, the price is fixed in writing before we start.
How much does it cost?
