Complaint forms

Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available to every consumer.

If you are not satisfied with our service, you can file a complaint using the official complaint form of the Comunidad de Madrid. It is free and you can download it right here.

How to file it

  1. Download and print the form, then fill in your details and the reason for your complaint.
  2. Send us the signed form at info@claroclean.es and keep your copy.
  3. We will reply in writing within one month at the latest.
  4. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can submit the complaint to the consumer services of the Comunidad de Madrid.

If you cannot print the form, write to us and we will send it to you by email or WhatsApp.
