Ideally, once all construction and finishing work is complete. We can come the day after the last building materials are removed.
How long does post-construction cleaning take?
It depends on the size of the space and amount of residue. A renovated 80 m² flat typically needs 6 to 10 hours of work.
Can you remove paint and cement stains?
Yes. We use specific products and techniques to remove paint, cement, plaster and silicone residue without damaging surfaces.
Does it include window cleaning?
Yes. We clean windows removing construction residue, stickers and paint splashes, being careful not to scratch them.
How much does it cost?

Do you remove rubble?
We handle surface cleaning and removal of dust and fine residue. Large rubble removal should be managed by the construction company.
Is it normal to see some dust in the days afterwards?
Yes, a light layer is normal. Fine construction dust stays in the air for days and keeps coming down after the final clean. It does not mean the clean was poorly done, and a dry microfibre cloth removes it in seconds. We also say so in the terms of your quote.
