Do you treat the pool or hot tub water?
No. Water treatment, filters and technical maintenance are handled by your maintenance company. We clean the edges, surrounds, floors, showers and the whole space around the water.
How do you clean a wooden sauna?
With the sauna cold, a gentle product suited to wood and as little water as possible, so no smell lingers when it is switched back on. Benches are cleaned underneath as well.
Can you work while guests are in?
We prefer to work before opening or after closing. If a touch-up is needed during the day, we do it in areas without guests and without noise.
Do you clean cabins between treatments?
That quick reset is usually done by your team between guests. We carry out the full cabin clean at the agreed frequency: floor, couch, worktops, basin and bins.
What do you do about limescale on showers and screens?
We use descaling products suited to each material and apply them regularly, so no layer builds up that would later need heavy scrubbing.
Do you offer one-off deep cleaning?
Yes. For example during a holiday closure, before a reopening or as a first clean before a regular contract begins.
