How every home is done

Before you leave you read the job notes: what is included, access, pets and products

On arrival you photograph every room. If the home is much worse than expected, tell us before you start and we talk to the customer

You follow the service task list, the same one the customer accepted

If the customer asks for something not included, you say you will pass it to the office. You never negotiate the price

If something breaks or gets stained, a photo and a message straight away

When you finish, after photos from the same angle. They protect you too if there is a complaint

Before you apply

This is not an employment contract: you work self-employed and invoice Claro Clean for the hours you do. It is hard work: pace, detail and long hours on your feet, sometimes carrying kit up stairs. If you want something easy, this is not for you. If you like leaving a home spotless and arriving on time, there is work for the long term.

Private homes by the hour

2 to 4 hour home cleans. Most of the work, and the easiest to fit into your week.

Weekly or fortnightly cleaning

The same home every week or two. This is what builds a steady schedule.

Deep cleaning

Kitchens and bathrooms in depth, inside cupboards and appliances. More hours per job.

Moves and post-renovation

Empty flats before moving in or after building work. Physical work, usually in a team.

Small offices

Offices and shops, often early in the morning or in the evening.

Upholstery

Sofas, mattresses and rugs with an injection-extraction machine. Previous experience only.

What does each job pay?

It depends on the type of cleaning and the area. We explain it on the call, before you accept any job.

Is it hourly work or full days?

Hourly. You tell us how many hours a week you want and when, and we offer jobs inside that schedule.

Can I work mornings only?

Yes. Many home customers prefer mornings, so it is one of the busiest slots.

Is there cleaning work outside Madrid?

Yes. Besides Madrid and its area, we work in Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Malaga, Zaragoza, Bilbao, Alicante, Granada and Cordoba.

Do I need to be self-employed?

Yes, before the first job. If you are not yet, say so in the form and we walk you through the steps on the call.

Do I bring my own products?

For home cleaning the customer usually has products or you bring them; each job tells you which. Upholstery needs your own machine.
