How we work on every job
- Read the job notes before you leave: what is included, access, pets and products.
- Photos of every room on arrival and when you finish, from the same angle. They prove your work if there is a complaint.
- If the job is clearly bigger than agreed when you arrive, tell us before you start and we talk to the customer.
- If the customer asks for something not included, pass it to us. Claro Clean always handles the price.
- Report a delay, damage or anything unexpected straight away, with a photo. Asking is fine; hiding a problem is not.

Claro Clean is not a listings site. We are a cleaning company: we quote, plan crews and answer to the customer every day. We know what a good job takes, which is why every job is prepared before you leave home.
We promise customers a spotless space, no excuses, and you work under that name. So we ask of you what we ask of our own team: be on time, take care in every home and finish the job as agreed.

- Fluent Spanish; English is a plus
- A smartphone with a camera for the photos on every job

No. You work as a self-employed professional or as a company and invoice Claro Clean for the jobs you do.
What does a job pay?
It depends on the service and the area. We explain the terms on the call, before you agree to anything.
Do I talk to the customer?
The customer books us and contact runs through Claro Clean. On the job you work on behalf of Claro Clean and tell us if anything does not match what was agreed.
Can I keep my own customers?
Yes. We ask for no exclusivity. We only ask that you do not offer your services directly to the customers we send you.
Do I bring my own equipment?
Yes, every specialist works with their own equipment and products. If a job needs something special, we discuss it first.
