Many websites publish generic prices like "from X euros". The problem is that a two-seater cotton sofa with a coffee stain does not cost the same as a velvet chaise longue with pet stains and years without cleaning. Generic prices are either misleadingly low or come with fine print.

When we arrive, we check the fabric type, the actual condition of the stains, and whether there are odours or damage requiring extra treatment. If the price changes, we tell you before we start.
