The problem

The real problem after a renovation

When the builders leave, they leave an invisible trail: fine dust in every corner, paint splashes on glass, cement residue on floors, and particles in the air you breathe. Cleaning this with household products is slow, frustrating, and often ineffective.

Construction dust settles inside cabinets, outlets, and ventilation ducts
Cement and plaster residue damages floors if scrubbed without proper technique
Paint splashes on glass and frames need specific solvents
Fine particles remain suspended in the air for days
When you need it

When you need post-renovation cleaning

Not all renovations are equal, but all of them generate dirt that goes beyond what you can handle with a mop.

Full home renovation (kitchen, bathroom, layout changes)
Floor replacement or retiling
Full repainting with wall sanding
Renovation of a newly purchased flat before moving in
Extensions or partition wall demolitions
Installation of false ceilings or new utilities
What we clean

What exactly we clean

How it works

How we clean after a renovation

A process adapted to the type of work and your home's materials.

1

Inspection and work plan

We assess what type of construction was done, what materials are on floors and walls, and which residues need special treatment. Not every renovation leaves the same mess.

2

Removal of heavy debris and fine dust

First we clear rubble and large debris. Then we vacuum with industrial HEPA-filter equipment to capture the fine dust that a regular vacuum lets escape.

3

Surface, glass, and detail cleaning

We treat each surface according to its material: dissolve cement without scratching, remove paint from glass, clean frames, baseboards, outlets, and every corner where dust accumulates.

Why professional

Why hire professional post-renovation cleaning

Construction dust contains silica and particles that irritate your airways. A household vacuum recirculates them instead of trapping them.
Cement residue on porous floors can cause permanent stains if cleaned with the wrong product.
A professional clean takes hours. Doing it yourself can take days, with worse results.
We know which products to use on each material to avoid damaging newly installed floors, countertops, or glass.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does a post-renovation clean take?
It depends on the size of the home and the type of work done. An 80 m² flat after a full renovation usually needs 6 to 10 hours with a two-person team.
Should I book the cleaning before or after the builders leave?
After the work is fully completed. If we clean before the final touches, it will need cleaning again.
Can I clean up after a renovation myself?
You can, but it is very labour-intensive. Construction dust is much finer than household dust and gets into places you wouldn't expect. Without industrial vacuuming, it keeps reappearing for weeks.
Do your products damage new materials?
No. We select products based on the type of floor, countertop, and surface. Before applying any product to a large area, we test it on a discreet spot.
Can you remove cement residue from hardwood floors?
Yes, but it depends on whether the cement has penetrated the wood or is sitting on the surface. We use specific products to avoid damaging the finish. In extreme cases, a faint mark may remain.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally, let us know when the renovation is a few days from completion. We can usually come within 48-72 hours, but during peak season it is best to book with more lead time.
