We work with builders, architecture studios and developers. We leave the site ready for handover, with our own team, public liability insurance and a fixed date.
End-of-works cleaning is not a big clean. It is the last phase of the project and usually the one with the least slack. The trades leave on a Friday, handover is Monday, and in between someone has to pull plaster dust out of every corner, peel the labels off the joinery and leave the glass without a single mark. If that slips, the handover slips.
It usually comes in when the build is finished but the space is not yet presentable. These are the jobs we are asked for most.
Two passes whenever the schedule allows, because fine dust falls twice.
We look at the real state of the site, the square metres and the materials. From that you get a fixed price and a date that fits your handover, not an open range.
Minor debris, protective sheeting, plastics and labels out. Then HEPA extraction across ceilings, walls, cupboards, sockets and ducts, which is where dust sits waiting.
Cement, plaster, silicone and paint come off with the product suited to each surface. Porcelain is not treated like parquet, and lacquered aluminium is not treated like steel.
Glass inside and out where access allows, joinery, skirting and sanitaryware. We walk it with you before we leave and come back if anything is missed.
Price is calculated per square metre and depends mostly on how much residue the build left behind. A bathroom renovation is nothing like a 300 m2 new build. You get a fixed price once we see photos or a short video, with no surprises at the end.
Scope adjusts to the type of build, but this is the usual set.
Industrial HEPA equipment across ceilings, walls, cupboards, vents and ducts.
Plastics, tape and stickers off windows, sanitaryware, appliances and joinery, leaving no adhesive or marks.
Dissolved and removed from floors, tiling and sanitaryware with material-appropriate product.
Inside and out where access is safe, including frames, runners and blinds.
Washing and treatment differentiated for porcelain, ceramic, parquet, engineered wood, marble or terrazzo.
A later check for dust that falls again in the first days. It is what separates a handed-over site from a well handed-over site.
If something is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we re-clean it free.
