How high we go

With a pole we comfortably cover up to a fourth floor. Above that you need rope access with a certified technician, and that is a different trade: we do not offer it and we do not casually subcontract it. If your building is higher, we say so in the quote rather than taking the job and seeing what happens.

How high can you reach?
With a telescopic pole we comfortably reach a fourth floor from the ground. Above that you need rope access with a certified technician and that is not a service we offer.
Do you need to put up scaffolding?
No. We work from the ground with a pole, so nothing has to be erected and the entrance stays clear.
Why do you use purified water?
Because ordinary water leaves limescale as it dries and at height you cannot go back over it with a cloth. Purified water evaporates clean and the glass is left unmarked.
Do you work for residents associations?
Yes, that is our usual client for this service. We prepare the quote so the property manager can take it to the owners meeting.
How often should it be done?
In a residential block, two or three times a year is usually enough. For a unit with a street-level shop front it needs doing more often.
