Is there a minimum contract term?
No. It is a regular service with no lock-in and you can stop it with one week of notice. If your needs change, we adjust the frequency on the same quote instead of starting again from scratch.
How often should an office be cleaned?
It depends on how many people use it each day. With only a few desks two or three visits a week is usually enough; with heavily used bathrooms and kitchen, daily makes sense. We decide it with you based on headcount and floor area.
Can you do a deep clean before the contract starts?
Yes. It makes sense when the office comes from another company or has gone a while without a thorough clean. It is quoted separately and brings the space to the point where weekly maintenance can hold it on its own.
Do you include paper, soap and bin bags?
If you ask, yes. They sit on their own line in the quote, separate from the cleaning hours, so you can see what you pay for the work and what for the supplies when you compare it with other cleaning services.
Do you clean outside working hours?
Yes. We can come early in the morning, after closing or on a Saturday, whichever suits you. The start and finish time is fixed in the quote, along with the offices and communal areas included on each visit.
